Lisa Brooks, Affordable Program Director

Lisa Brooks joined Equity Management in 2005 as an Assistant Property Manager. Over the ensuing years, she progressed to Property Manager, and Regional Director. She continued her responsibilities with ResidentialONE upon its acquisition of Equity Management in 2015. In 2018, she was promoted to Affordable Program Director.

As Affordable Program Director, Ms. Brooks works with Project Based Section 8 sites and ResidentialONE managed LIHTC, HIF and HOME properties to ensure compliance with all programs. She also creates and manages all Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans and is the EIV coordinator. Ms. Brooks tracks REAC scores and assists with reviewing LIHTC and other program recertifications.

Ms. Brooks holds an Associates Degree in Business Management from Blue Ridge Community College, is a CPO and HCCP.
