Ana Shkurti, Director of Training

Ana Shkurti joined ResidentialONE as Director of Training in 2020. In this capacity, she is responsible for facilitating all training efforts and creating new programs as needed. Ms. Shkurti conducts new employee onboarding and maintains the ResidentialONE Learning Management System.

Working closely with the Executive Team, Ms. Shkurti has developed position based training curriculum and career paths to encourage and support internal employee growth which has lead to a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.

Prior to joining ResidentialONE, Ms. Shkurti spent 17 years in property management. She worked at Edgewood Management in positions ranging from Property Manager to Manager of Training, Software and Support. She then worked at Scott Management as Assistant Director of Operations and Development before joining ResidentialONE.

Ms Shkurti has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UMUC.
