Christopher Rivera, Vice President of Facilities and Capital Projects

Mr. Rivera joined Equity Management in 2012 and transitioned to ResidentialONE in 2015. During his tenure he has overseen multimillion dollar developments, construction, and renovation projects for the multi-family sector, including housing, retail, and commercial buildings from conception to completion with responsibility for all aspects of the operations.

As the executive leader Mr. Rivera has grown and expanded the operations to include all aspects of construction, construction management, and renovations for a growing pipeline of affordable, mixed-income, and tax credit housing. His duties included project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, contract administration and safety management.

As vice-president, Mr. Rivera has developed and managed affordable, tax credit and mixed-financed housing across the east coast and has been a trusted partner to housing owners across the country. His accomplishments have included project management of major renovations including specialized work with HUD and urban renewal programs. Mr. Rivera also provides advisory services to clients that range from conducting complex surveys to develop budgets and prioritization for preventive maintenance programs, as well as capital improvement plans.
