Jack L. Jones, Vice President

Jack L. Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The College of William and Mary in Virginia. He has also earned a Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business. As a career housing management and operations trainer, Jack holds many professional designations including certified Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Tax Credit Compliance Specialist (TaCCs), Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Manager, Housing Quality Standards (HQS) technician, Public Housing Manager (PHM), Fair Housing, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

Mr. Jones began his career in multifamily housing as a program consultant and trainer for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Chicago Housing Authority, and other large and small public housing agencies, contract administrators, and housing management companies across the country and continued to serve in this role for nearly 20 years. For most of this time, he simultaneously performed asset management and housing operations duties for Volunteers of America, Inc., one of the country’s leading nonprofit developers of affordable housing prior to joining Edgewood Management Corporation as Vice President in 2020 then serving as President of Chapman Management Group, a Virginia-based property management firm. Mr. Jones has extensive knowledge of HUD, state agency, and Treasury’s low-income housing tax credit programs, including historic and new market tax credits.

Jack joined Residential One in 2024 and primarily contributes to overall business management and portfolio operations.
